Cube was picked as a standard object, you can leave it as not editable object, add Voronoi fracture, salt is with amount of pieces that you want and add a Connector, its the only tool we need for this magical trick. Pick a paint tool that is located in Character bar, and draw some stuff, then add it in our voronoi fracture/connector/breaking weight.
